    BEWARE: Worst Escape Rooms ever. I am avid game room enthusiast and based on their exciting website, I booked two escape Rooms - Lost Kingdom the first day and Down the Rabbit Hole the second day. We are out of town so I tried calling because I wanted to book Jungala, (asked when I arrived if Jungala was booked and was told "it's down for repairs"). No one ever answered and the phone recording stated "sorry can't answer phone we only take bookings online and no WALK IN'S. Lost Kingdom 8/10 difficulty: Our greeter by far was a "disengaged" employee (not sure if this was our game master). Goes through instructions, gives us an Ipad with the time and 3 locks at top right - ONLY 3 CLUES. WHAT?.....Nothing on website about 3 CLUES or I would have NEVER booked - 99% of games give unlimited clues but with time off for a certain number used. During the game, one of the puzzle locks was left undone so we didn't need to solve that. Another puzzle piece was loose, we took it off shelf as it wasn't secured and found out it was crucial to stay in place to open something. After a very frustrating game, we asked about a certain puzzle in the game (won't give it away) was told "oh it wasn't working so we just left it open". WHAT?...why didn't you tell us this BEFORE we started so we wouldn't have wasted time looking how to solve it? My friend said let's just cancel tomorrow if this is an indication of what next game will be like. Unfortunately no refunds even for a BAD EXPERIENCE and games that don't have all puzzles working correctly. Second day - Down Rabbit Hole. 9/10 Difficulty. First puzzle was taking us WAY too long and asked for clue. The CLUE still didn't make sense and cost us alot of time. As we continued on, we noticed ANOTHER puzzle appeared to be broken and wide open...so another game broken and we weren't told? Down to our last clue and kept asking for help and GAME MASTER NEVER answered therefore we never finished. At this point so frustrated we went outside in 97 degrees waiting for our Uber because didn't want to sit inside another minute.

    We were visiting Las Vegas and they helped make it a memorable experience. We never did an escape room and thought it was gonna be too hard but we got the hang of it. The staff was amazing

    Very high tech! Fun custom made props and a very cinematic experience. Fun puzzles, but the design, lighting, and atmosphere is the star of the show.

    In short, Not an acceptable inquiry/booking experience. The website doesn't accept/recognize the Groupon voucher (at least I can't figure it out being a software engineer myself). I emailed and elft a voicemail and asked for help, they neither replied to my email nor called back. When I finally called them to book, they said sorry if it didn't work for you, however the truth is that the website just doesn't accept the code from Groupon. There is also no information on the website on why the Groupon code doesn't work, or how it works.
