The staff are so friendly & very helpful that if I or anyone else needed something, they would be right there to help.     First time doing Birthday party package and it went well! The staff were great especially our host for the Birthday room. The pizza was really good too for the party package deal.

    The place itself is great. The management style with their employees is something else. They need to understand that kids work there and have family vacations showing the summer. Therfore, kids will request time off to do these things. They unfortunately do not care about that.
