    The instructors were on fire! The music was on point. The space was relatively easy to find (it is not in the apartments) in the atmosphere was very welcoming. They politely greeted you at the front, explained what the events for about, and led the dance session. It was wonderful to join them for their queer Pride night event even if I personally did not stay till the end (I'm bad at following someone's directions!).

    This is truly an empowering space! I found Yes Honey randomly through a search when I moved back to town. I wanted to find a space to just keep moving, dance, and have some fun, but it is so much more. There are so many classes to choose from and all of the instructors are absolutely amazing - creative, skilled, and super encouraging! I can safely say everyone there from the instructors and other students, to the staff and owner, have played a part in hyping me up to try new classes and feel good about just doing it, even if I'm a few steps behind or doing a modified version. Beyond the community in the space, I also love how Yes Honey supports and works to build up the STL Arts community as a whole. Seriously! I could go on and on but I'll leave it at... Thank You for everything Yes Honey!

    I've only been going to Yes Honey for one month, but as my husband says I'm drinking the Kool-Aid! I don't have any dance training but have always loved to dance and this place has taught me so much! I've tried classes with several of the instructors, and they all are all so professional and encouraging. I've tried going to many gyms over the years but always ended up wasting my money because I didn't have fun. This is the first time in my life I'm excited to work out. After every class, I leave full of energy and excited to show others what I did. I've done jazzercise, step aerobics, and lots of Zumba before. They were all a good time, but the music and moves make this place NEXT LEVEL. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot- the first class is discounted!

    Yes Honey is simply amazing! The location is safe and convenient with on-site parking. The studio is clean and organized and there is always friendly knowledgeable staff to greet you when you walk in the door. The entire Yes Honey squad provides an empowering, encouraging, and truly inclusive experience with each class. I find Yes Strength classes to be well balanced, providing a full body workout. Yes Move classes also provide a full body workout including some strength training. I am not a dancer nor had I ever taken a dance class. Even as an absolute beginner, I am to able to feel successful (like an absolute badass) and accomplished in Yes Honey classes.

    I am absolutely in love with this studio. Everything from the aesthetic, to the choreographers, to the people, to the amazing manager, Sam, who makes me feel so welcome when I walk in the door. I walk in and I feel accepted, supported, and encouraged. Every choreographer I have had the pleasure to meet has been amazingly patient, kind, and full of positive energy. Their choreo classes are unique, fun, and leave me feeling accomplished when I walk out the door. I have been searching for somewhere I can be active without feeling like I’m going to a gym (because I don’t have the push to do a gym). Yes Honey is a place I look forward to going to every single week. It has become my new home and I couldn’t be happier!

    The best fitness studio I have found in STL! The staff greets you with a smile immediately as you walk in the door, and the instructors are so talented and energetic! They offer affordable classes that fit any schedule, and the studio is always clean and prioritizes COVID safety. Dancer or not, Yes Honey is the place to go for your next workout! UPDATE (1 year later): Yes Honey is still my absolute favorite place to workout, re-energize, reset and just have fun! It is such a special place and unlike any other “gym” you will find. You will leave your workout with a smile on your face and a greater sense of confidence in yourself! Even if you could find another studio offering this great of a variety of classes/playlists, these amazing instructors, and this type of fitness community - I guarantee it still wouldn’t be as great as Yes Honey!

    I'm so happy I found this place! They offer a variety of classes, not all are dance based. I don't like working out but YH classes make it fun! Beginners welcome. Very safe abd inclusive space. My favorites are the musical theater class with Lawrence and the BollyX. First class is free if you want to drop in!
